Project Intelligence✧
The system reads the project, team, risks, and goals to recommend the right success criteria, weight them intelligently, and track alignment over time.
It gives you an AI-guided project strategy, your alignment score, how it’s trending, and clear insights on why things may be slipping or at risk.
Project Intelligence's onboarding lets you define what success looks like and connect the project to org goals.

Allowing the AI to read project’s content let's track how well the work is aligning with set goals.
Capabality (1/2)
Grab and move task
Choosing the canvas task view was intentional, giving a flexible, zoomable space than fixed lists. Keeps the board spacious and clear even as the number of tasks grows.

This interaction lets users quickly update a task’s status by grabbing it and dropping
in the list of states right away instead moving around aimlessly.

Project and team analytics dashboard
Analytics dashboard gives users a clear, fast snapshot of how the entire project and the assigned members are performing.
It pulls together bottlenecks, and patterns so users don’t have to manually piece things together from tasks and updates.
It answers the core question: Are we moving in the right direction, and where do we need to intervene?

The KPIs show overall health, the status and type charts reveal where work is concentrated, and the trend graphs highlight how output and priorities are shifting over time. It’s a fast way to understand what’s happening and where attention is needed.

Shows team performance, how overloaded they are, and where work might be getting stuck. The top KPIs summarise team capacity and contribution trends, while the charts highlight overall patterns across sprints/cycles.
